We have a G350 with SLS enabled, we can get the outgoing portion working, so when the WAN is down we can call out of the G350 but the incoming portion does not work. We have 3 CO lines coming into the G350 and when you call one of the CO's its a RNA. For those of you that have this working how do you have your incoming routing set up on the G350..?

I'm assuming you mean LSP not SLS...

When initially setting up the G350 all your translations are setup on the main PBX, not on the LSP. From the main PBX the translations get copied nightly (if setup properly) to the LSP. If it works while not in LSP over the local G350 CO's then the translations just haven't copied to the LSP yet (save translations lsp, to force it now).

Hi
we have the same issue on BRI and was wondering if you have a detailed fix.

Also we have problems with our 9620 going into discovery mode when the link is down, and the only way we can get the phones to work when the link is down is to
set sls disable
set sls enabl

Please help , many thanks
