Surveys not appearing on Quick Launch bar

Hello. I created an area called Surveys. When I create a new survey in this area I checked for it to appear on the Quick Launch bar. However, it doesn't appear on the Quick Launch. Any ideas?

I need a way for end users to create a survey and just have it automatically provide a link somewhere on the Area's home page.

When creating the survey, make sure the "Display this survey on the Quick Launch bar" is selected (this is the default). If it's not selected, you can go into "Modify Survey and Questions" and then "Change General Settings" to show the survey on the Quick Launch bar.

I did have this checked. I think I am just going to create a site that is for surveys. It works correctly in any of my sites.
