Survey Time

I have a survey that I use to track incoming calls with. If I view all responses i see the correct date and time that the survey was completed, however, when i export the results to excel it seems to round the time to the nearest hour. This does not seem to be a format issue in excel. Has anyone seen this before, is there something to correct it?

Any help or suggestions are appreciated.
