I need to create a survey with CF, and would like a head start. I am a beginner, and am currently hunting down tutorials, sample applications etc. Anyone know of a good place to start? (Please do not say "search engine" I have spent 2 days going through them looking for tutorials for beginners etc).
I have been specifically looking for a sample "survey" application I can start playing with.

Is this a multiple choice type survey or will your visitors type in answers to the questions? It'll make a difference how you program this.....
The questions will be multi choice type answers (yes/no etc). And to make things just a wee bit more complicated, I was going to ask a block of 5 questions, and the next block of questions will be based on one of the answers (eg, one question will be are you male or female? Males will recieve a different set of questions to females).
Follow that?
I have found a survey application, and I am currently playing around with it (experimenting). I have still not found any tutorials.... (still looking)
