surrogate mode & missing card in winspm inventory

in winspm under quick access and inventory my 408mlx card shows up with an S for surrogate mode - what does this mean? also the mlm 007 to the right does not show up. Under standard spm both cards show up and system works fine

On the pre Rel 7 Legends, the WinSPM quick access is goofed. Normally surrogate is for programming processor without any other cards.
