Help please

I have installed surfcontrol on netware 6 bordermanager box - It seems to be working ok but now I have tried to install the reporting tools....

Is it just me being thick or is the reporting install impenetrably complicated
It appears to install ok also but then I lose the plot completely. I just don't understand how it communicates with the surfcontrol on border manager

Please help
