Supressing subreports 1

I have subreports running in several report sections. However, if the subreport is blank the report section still shows as a blank line in the main report, even though I have checked the box in the section expert to Suppress Blank Section

Does anyone know how I can supress this section from the main report should the subreport be null?

Which version of Crystal? In 8.5 it cannot be done, though there is a work-round, see [
