How could I supress printing in Certain sections of a Word (2000) template.

For example: I have a template that looks like letterhead (with Graphoce). I want the text of this document to print out but I want to supress the graphice because it will be printing onto real letterhead.

Select the graphic. Hit Format-Font and select hidden. Only one problem: if user has not selected to view hidden text, they will not see the graphic either.

Do you need a macro, can you record them? Let me know if I can help. Email is best because I can't always get back here.
