supressing null values in a report

i've created a table that is formated in the following way

how do i create a query or a report that will display these results:
0 4
1 5
2 6
3 7
8
9
10
11

if you are trying to empty out the nulls, insert
"is not null" in the criteria section of your query for this particular field.
 
the problem with inserting is not null in the criteria is that it will supress the records where that one field is null, so in one case you will have all the values from the first field, in the second you will have all the valuse from the second field, and if you put that in the criteria for both you will have no values displayed
