Supressing Duplicate values

Hi I have a list of names and I need to get rid of duplicate ones. I selected Surpress if Duplicate in the Format Field but this leaves spaces between the names on the report. What can i do to get rid of the spaces between the names?

Insert a new group on the name field and then hide both the details and group header. Put everything you want to print on the group footer. Ken Hamady
