supressing a subreport

hi.
i need to do a supress on a subreport located in the footer but i need this to subreport to be viewable when opened in access accounts but when it is sent to the printer and printed out, not to be there/visible.

i know i need to do something with the suppress formula button in the properties but i dont know what please help
