Supress system prompts Call Pilot 5.0

Hi all,

i have build an application with a transfer block. In the condition for busy status
i have connected the output to an announcement block.
The problem is now when a call comes in and the call is transfered to the busy station a system prompt is played before the announcement.

<<Beep>> That number is busy. Please
try again later.

Is it possible to supress system prompts?

Within the Call Transfer block you should be able to select the prompt to play before transferring from the drop down. There is the option there for <none>.

For the busy state you can point it to the end block or to link to another block.

Hi dabble,

Great. It works.

I have removed the voiceprompt in transfer menue block and selected "none". After this i have build a announcment block before connect to transfer. This has solved the problem.
