supress subreport 1

I have a report that contains a subreport that I need to supress the space when after it runs.

RH - text box with overall title
- subreport that has summary info
GH1 - summary of monthly data in details

Report runs and shows the subreport in the header fine.
When it gets to the gh1 section, the subreport has completed but I have a lot of white space in the RH area because of the subreport.
How do I supress or get rid of this whitespace for the main part of the report?

You need to look inside the sub at the design view to see if the there are unused, unsuppressed sections, and if so, suppress them. Also format each section to "suppress blank section."

In the main report, check the design view to see if the sub has white space below it in the report header. Then draw up the bottom border of the section to the bottom of the sub.

If you continue to have the problem, right click on the subreport->format sub->uncheck "keep object together"--although this is unlikely to be the issue in the situation you have described.
