HI

I have a report that brings ion order numbers. Some order numbers may have more than one row but the total amount is always the same on each row.

I can supress the duplicate value so it just shows the one. But when I SUM the order it sum's all figures,

So if I have to rows at 8 it gives me 16, but I only want to see 8. I am grouping on

Ordernumber then Name and then subname. If I do not get rid of the duplicate SUM then the figures for all of them will be way out.

Any ideas how I can sum on just one.

THanks

Group by the order number, suppress the details (move all detail you need to the group footer). Create a running total for the total amount that only evaluates on change of group.
