Hi,
I have a custom letter to that goes out to customers, it has an address(which may grow) and a block of custom text(also of variable size dependant on the customer). This is followed by a letter broken down into about 6 blocks, each one is an embedded word doc. When both the address and custom text reach their largest size the last ole control is pushed onto a second page. I don't want this to happen, in this instance I want to not print the 3rd ole object and pull everything else back up the page so that the whole letter for each customer fits on one page.

All ideas very very gratefully recieved !

Thanks
Col

a dirty hack would be to check the total pages of the report, and if it's larger than 1 page, to resize the 3rd ole control, all done in the onFormat event

not the nicest of solutions though...
