I would like to suppress 'subtotals' in a cross-tab. For example, I have three row fields (division, department, and year) and one column field (product). The cross-tab is summing the total number of products sold. I can suppress the grand row and column totals without a problem. But I don't need 'subtotals' (sorry if that's the wrong term) for each of the row fields. In the end, I just need:

Division Department Year ProductA ProductB
AA BB 2005 125 150
2006 200 310
CC 2005 215 200
2006 200 175
etc.

I read a previous thread (thread149-1106394) that discussed this. But I don't see the option to turn this off when I click on the particular rows. I am using Crystal XI.

Thank you.

Go to the customize style tab, and select each row field->check "suppress subtotals".

Now I see - I didn't realize it was in the Customize Style tab as well.

Thank you!
