Hi,

I have two fields, APD_Div and NP_Div displayed on my report. The values for these two fields are either X or Not Assigned. There are instances where both fields = Not Assigned. For those instances, I need to suppress the entire row.

If anyone can explain how to approach this it would be much appreciated.

From section expert....

Highlight the section in question (the one you want to suppress)

Click on the X+2 button next to the word SUPPRESS (do not click the checkbox)

This becomes CONDITIONAL suppression

in the formula dialog box enter something like

table.field 1 = Not Assigned and table.field2 = Not Assigned

I just figured this out by going to the section expert and doing exaclty what you suggested.

Thanks for the post.
