Group 1 - Report Date
Group 2 - Client
Group 3 - Client Pool
Group 4 - Interest Rate

I have information displayed in the Group 4 Header i.e number of accounts on each interest rate. I want to display sub totals for this information for each pool (i.e placed in Group Footer 3).

However I cannot Suppress Group Footer 3 on the second level drill down (Group Header 3 data) when I have 'show all headers on drill down selected'. I only want Group Footer 3 data to be shown on the next drill down (Group 4 Data).

I am able to suppress group footer 3 on second level drill down (GroupHeader 3 data) when 'show all headers on drill down selected' is unchecked using GH variables and Suppress Section. But I need the Report Header to be displayed on
each drill down.

Is there a way to suppress the group footer 3 on the second level drill down (Group Header 3 data) without having to include multiple sections for the drill down headers.

Thanks

Jon

Show all headers on drill down is a pretty poor idea - it just isn't flexible enough.
You need to use a variable to detect the drill down position and suppress/show what's needed - check the sample report WorldSalesReport on the Crystal CD. Andrew Baines
