Suppressing initial messages after new install of IE

After installation of Internet Explorer and first use, a lot of questions are showing (most of them just once).
As I need a MANDATORY profile, this is a problem, as those questions will now again show up after each new login.
Is there a way to avoid/disable the appearance of all those questions after installing IE5.5SP2 or IE6 ?
