Have a customer where we just installed a new CallPilot 4.0 who doesnt want to listen to the envelope information. I know that pressing the digit 2 will skip over this but he doesn't even want to do that. Is there any way to suppress it so it isn't even presented before the message? I know, kinda defeats the purpose of getting voicemails in the first place but that's what they want.

emillysdad...answer is no.if they don't want to hear
it tell them not to use it answer the phone.do not
let go to callpilot.

I can't think of a way. But strmwalker is correct. Just tell them the system cannot do this. It's an embedded system function that they will not remove without a PIP (Product Improvement Patch) that will cost to have written.

In the user's mailbox under setup check the Short Prompts checkbox. That should do it.
You may want to offer them autoplay as well.
