Crystal Reports XI:

See the attached report and the highlighted areas for Harris House Foundation - the first one - Inv# 6741.

I need to know how to suppress this record if the Comm Amt = $0.00 so that all related information does not display. Also, it would be helpful if the area that is taken up by the data could shrink up and remove the big space.

Thanks in advance for the help!

If you don't want zero values, you can suppress them in record selection. Does that help?

Yes - I have suppressed them for a value of "0".
But what I would like to do is for any records where the value is "0" is to have all related fields to be suppressed.

Hope I am explaining this properly.

If you see the uploaded report example, I would like to suppress the areas highlighted in yellow.

We can't see what section these fields are in, but you should use section suppression. Also show the content of the commission formula.
