Is there a way to suppress a page in a report if it is blank.

For example I have put print when conditions on fields in a multiple page report, If the conditions are not met a blank page is printed, is there a way of telling it " do not print page if blank

No, but you could make all obejcts to be Float and mark Remove Line if blank.

No way. In all my reports I have that and I have no empty pages at all.

Really?? Does it matter where the objects are i.e. detail, header or footer.

Yes, all my object are float and checked Remove Line if blank.

O, BTW check to see if you set Constant Band height for some band(s), If so Unmark this.

I have checked Constant Band Height and it is not checked. If the objects are not blank then I need them printed on a new page and as such have specified new page with group change. Could this be why it does not work.

I it hard to me to say why this happens, If you wish you could send me the report with some simple data to borisb AT microcomplex DOT com
