I have a report that I have had to suppress duplicate qty. ordered. Which is fine, but I cannot get the sum to not include the suppressed data. What am I doing wrong. Or is there a better way to get rid of my duplicate info. I am linking about 4 tables together. The data is good just duplication. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks again.

As you have discovered, suppressed data is still evaluated in sub and grand totals. A few options:

1) Rather than suppress the data, exclude it from your report entirely with a record selection formula. This may not be possible on one-to many relationships.

2) Group your data, and hide the details to keep from seeing the duplicates, Then use running total fields to sum your data, evaluate your RT on charge of group, reset-never or reset-change of group, whichever is appropriate.

3) Use variables and the 3-formula approach to calculate your totals.
