Is there a way on an Access report to suppress Zeros "0"???
Is there a report option box that you have to check, or is it as simple as formatting the field you want suppressed?

Please help!

More information is needed....

Is this a continuous type report where a field may be zero and you don't want to show that line? Is it a single page type report that you merely want to hide any field that is zero?

There are too many factors with the info you have provided...

You need to format (with Format function or using Format property) the field.

The report is continuous, and extends for many pages. What I'm looking to do is take a field, such as "capacity", and if the value = "0", then suppress that value. If it's > "0" then show the value.

There was mention of formatting the field. Is there any sample code in order to do this?

Open the query that you use for this report and put the condition '<>0' on the field that you want.
