Hi I have a crosstab that was created using the crosstab wizard in version 9. Is it possible to suppress the crosstab values that are zero.

Thank You

In the crosstab expert you have the option under the customize style to suppress empty rows or columns.

You can eliminate nulls/zeros from the reports by using the report->dit selection formula->record and placing something like:

isnull({table.field})
or
{table.field} = 0

-k

You should be able to right click on a cell in preview->format field->number->customize->check "suppress if zero".
