Is there a way to suppress the totals line for a group if there is only one line of data?
Example:
Name Qty
ABC 1

Instead of
Name Qty
ABC 1
1 <--- Group Footer with total for Qty

You might try adding a text box in your group footer section:
Name: txtCountGroup
Control Source: =Count(*)
Then add code to the On Format event of the Group Footer section:
Code:
    Cancel = Me.txtCountGroup <=1

Ahh. I will try it and let you know. (Sounds logical).
Thanks!
