I have an Employee Updaes report that has about 6 subreports in it, all pulling different data from spearate queries.

Not all the subreports return data each week, and I would like to suppress them to make the total report smaller.

How can I set up a conditional formual to do this?

Try "suppress if blank" and see if that works.

You need to format the section of your report where the subreport resides and set this to "suppress blank section". YThis will get rid of all unwanted white space. Software Training and Support for Macola, Crystal Reports and Goldmine
