Suppress send/receive dialog

Dear all,

Does anyone know of a registry key fix or an option in outlook express that suppress's the send/receive dialog box ? I've got a small pop3 vb app that polls the client's e-mail every minute but i want this to happen without the popup send/receive happening ?
