Hello all,

I have a report that has a "main" report and 2 drill-down layers. I also have a subreport that appears in the report footer of the main report. The problem I am having is that the subreport also appears in the 2 drill-down layers, but I only want it to appear in the main report.

Could someone give me an idea of how to conditionally suppress the report footer for the drill-down layers?

Thanks,
JEB

There is a keyword you can use in the "Print Time" function folder within the formula editor.

You can create a supress formula in the Section Expert using this keyword - for example - Drilldowngrouplevel = 1

If it is true it will suppress.

Hope this helps

Unfortunately, I am using the version of CR that comes with Visual Studio .NET 2003, and it apparently does not have the DrillDownGroupLevel function.

Any other ideas?
