I have a report where I am selecting individuals if they meet a certain list of criteria. For example it pulls all individuals whos Job Code is SIV,EFIL, DDA, AT. If an individual has all four job codes then it's listing them four times on my report. How do I get it to only list the individual once?

Suppress Multiple Records

- Start date
Group by "Person_Code" and show the information you want in the Group Header or Footer (suppress the detail section).
