Does someone know how to suppress just only one column in a CrossTab (depending on a condition)?
I have this CrossTab (products on column, models on columns, salesrep on row)
Prod1 Prod2
Mod1 Mod2 Mod3 Mod4
salesrep1 10 12 4 5
salesrep2 7 4 6 7

i want to supress just only the mod3..is it possible??
Thx

Do you want it eliminated from the entire report, or just the cross-tab?

One means would be to use Report->Edit Selection Formula->Record and place:

not({table.mod} = "Mod3")

-k

To suppress the column within the crosstab, select the column label, an inner cell, and the column total and then right click->format objects->common tab->suppress->x+2 and enter:

gridrowcolumnvalue("table.model") = "Mod3"

"table.model" should be replaced with the field used for the column with the curly brackets replaced with quotes.
This would suppress the entire column. Building in a condition might be trickier, depending upon the condition and at what level it is available. So what is the condition and how does it relate to your row, column, and summary fields. And what is the summary field?
