Is there any way to suppress the highlighting of fields which have tab stops when a form is opened? I'm particularly interested in doing this on a datasheet. I want to keep the tab stops but I hate the blackened in area in the top left cell.

The focus *must* be somewhere. Where do you want to put it?

No, I don't want to put it anywhere until after the user hits the tab key.

Like I said, it *must* be somewhere. Put a tiny control in the header that is 1st in the tab list.
