Suppress field when printing

Hi,

I would like to suppress an imige when I print a report.

I found a thread:

"You could add a string parameter {?PrintOption} with options "Print" and "View Only"." - But I don't find these options. I use CrystalReports 12.

Where these options?

YOu create a parameter and set the defaults as LB suggests. The user then selects the required parameter and you use the parameter to suppress/show image as required.

Now I understood the suggest, but I misunderstood that threads problem.

But I would like to automatism the field suppress when printing. I would like to forbid printing the field. I don't want to let the user to choose the printing option.

Sorry, doesn't work that way. There isn't a way within CR to control what is printed.
