suppress blank lines in ACCESS report

I am creating an Access report and need to suppress blank lines in the report, i.e., the database fields contain address1 and address2 - address2 line is blank and I want the city/state/zip to print on line 3 rather than leaving a blank line in between.

 
You might try concatenating those fields into one. Then it won't matter if the second field is blank.
