I have a report that looks like this:

Carrier 60 30 Current YTD
ATT 25
AT&T 10 20 10 40

What I would like to do is Suppress ATT and Add the YTD 25 to the AT&T YTD 40 So my report looks like this:

Carrier 60 30 Current YTD
AT&T 10 20 10 65

Is there a way to do this within CR.

Thanks For your Help
Cathy

Is YTD:

A field in the raw data table?
A formula?
A Total/summary field?
A cross-tab cell?

Are there any groups in the report. Ken Hamady

The YTD is a field in the raw data table and there are no groupings in CR.

Thanks

If you group by carrier, you can do subtotals of any field, like YTD. You can then hide the details.

However, if carrier names have spelling variations (like ATT vs AT&T in your example) CR won't know what records to include in each group. Ken Hamady

Thanks! No variations in name (poor example)
