I have a pivot table with number of 0 amount rows. Is there a way I can suppress those rows to make the report easier to read?

Thanks

Hi,

Make a new column with a heading of data outside of your Pivot Table with the values containing the zeros.

Do an auto filter using that new column of data and filter out the data you do not want to see.

In pivot table options (right click on PT) do you have
"For Empty Cells Show" ticked
If so, untick it
Other than that make sure that in the field options, you havn't ticked "Show Items with no data"
