Is anyone familiar with the tapi functionality of supportmagic? Was it a "for purchase" option? I have the TAPI Interface, and I log in, but it checks configuration then closes.

ALso, I would like to know what TAPI server it supports. I have a merlin legend phone system and would love the functionality.
