Not in Partner/Basic mode, you won't. In IP Office mode, however, there is no limit. A mailbox is automatically created with each user or hunt group that you create. You have 15 hours of voicemail storage shared between all mailboxes by default (20 hours if you get 2 additional ports, 25 if you max out to 6 ports).
