How would use this service? Is it here to give support to people who work for ISPs? If so...

Customer is using Windows NT and cannot connect. The dialup if configured correctly. Should the TCP/IP protocol be bond to the dialup adapter when using NT. If not on a networking, unbond from other protocols?

what protocols are binded to the dial up adapter normaly only ip and not others if the isp is the only connection did you make sure <br>
it states obtain ip adddress auto.

Yes, the ip address is on auto detect. But TCP should be bond to the Dialup adapter. When you stated dialup binded to ip I'm assumming you meant tcp/ip.
