Team I have one problem with connect 2 UPS in the same face for provide protection to two instruments:
If you have documentation or information in this topic I really appreciate that from your.
My question is: I want to connect two instruments with 2 UPS in the same line
1) Some people have the idea for install in two different faces the UPS because is better.
2) Another in the same face bout UPS and we have the same trigger for the wave in the UPS output.
What kind of problems I can get in each option? Or what can be the best solution for me?

Best Regards

Dude, I have no clue what your asking due to your wording.
"Connect 2 UPS in the same face" What does that mean?
Are you wanting to connect two pieces of equipment to two UPS's?
Is "face" the same as electrical outlet?
Please try to restate your question a little more clearly.

Sorry for that.
Let me explain that, I am a technical engineer for telecommunication, in the actual company, we have the needs to install two big instruments with the same computer, we request a dedicate line for each one.
Now, we can take two options to install the big instrument:
Bout instruments in the same face, with 16 Amp dedicate bracket for each one and one UPS for each one, we want to use two ups because, the cost for one 5KVA is the same than two of 3KVA, we install only one model in all instruments.
Second option: install each instrument in different face, and one UPS in each face to protect the instrument.
My question is: what can be the best solution for the big instrument with two UPS the option one or two?
I can synchronize the faces in the ups in the same face.
The line/face fluctuations can generate problems in the instruments? We request , get the lines in balance for prevent big differences in the faces.

I still not following on the wording of "face"... but if I'm following you on the rest, I need to know some numbers from you like.
1. What is the load each instrument will produce in either watts, volts, or volt-amps?
2. Does the equipment need low or high voltage?
3. How long do you want the equipment to stay up should there be a power outage?

I believe face = phase
ie both machines need to have the same AC phase to operate properly. When you switch to UPS the phase relationship between the two ups's will not be in sync.
I don't have a good solution to this other that I think you would need 1 UPS with sufficient capacity for all the equipment.

I don't think the difference in Phases will cause a problem for your load. I have been to many sites where their servers, (with dual power supplies), run from completely independent sources. This is assuming that the loads are not paralleled in as such and are single phase. I do wonder tough whether there may be any noise issues created in the actual loads themselves.
Post back and let us know.
