I know we don't post passwords here but I'm looking for a little direction (besides contacting my vendor (Me) or Nortel) on acquiring the user/pass for Support Tools for a CP 1.07. I've tried all the default users (Administrator/NGenDist/NGenSys/SysAdmin) with the default passwords with no luck. I've even tried a few I've found on Google but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
