Support Debugging Tool Build 12 Released

Hello everyone

It has been a long time coming, but build 12 which had an early version demoed at the Microsoft Dynamics GP Technical Conference 2009 in November, has now been published to PartnerSource for Microsoft Dynamics GP versions 8.0, 9.0 & 10.0.
