Supervisor Silent Monitor ACD Agent and Record -a- c all not allowed

Has anyone used Record a call on a ACD Supervisor that is doing Silent monitor of an Agent. This is for a 3300Mxe MIVB r9.1.
I can start a record a call from the agent phone but can not start it from the Supervisors phone. Confirmed that Supervisor can record a call his own calls. only seems to fail when doing a silent Monitor or when trying to record a conference call.
 
are you saying your trying to use pabx record a call whilst monitoring an agents call?
if so then no
- record a call only works on trunk call (your own not another persons)
pabx call monitoring can also stop MIVCR extension side recording


If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

 
Record a Call only works on an external source, I assume the monitor is internal and therfore won't work.
