Has anyone used Record a call on a ACD Supervisor that is doing Silent monitor of an Agent. This is for a 3300Mxe MIVB r9.1.
I can start a record a call from the agent phone but can not start it from the Supervisors phone. Confirmed that Supervisor can record a call his own calls. only seems to fail when doing a silent Monitor or when trying to record a conference call.
