I loggin as supervisor and i want to salvage a deleted directory. When i choose the first menu option from salvage menu "Salvage from Deleted Directories" I couldn't accesss the menu and i foudn messagge "You don't have rights to recover files from deleted directories on the volume"
I already gave full rights to the supervisor account on SYS volume. I Even couldn't find the hidden DELETED.SAV directory

are you sure your logging in as a supervisor or equivalent. What does it say you are under "security equals to" in syscon?

I did give full rights to supervisor and under the "security equals to " in syscon of supervisor user it say everyone(group). But it still can't salvage or access the first menu of salvage utility ("salvage from deleted directory)

Under "Security Equals to" it should read "supervisor" try adding that to that particular login name. if that doesn't work, What O/S are you using on your workstation. it could be a mapping, path or file error. in case of an error try running vrepair and remount the volume.
