Supervisor Rights in Arcserve

Something strange that i'm still trying to diagnose happened.....4 of the users on NDS were deleted including the admin accounts. Fortunately had a user name with supervisor rights.

If anyone knows what could cause the following to happen:

Account "username" deleted by user Not_logged_in on station #. My AV is up-to-date and not reporting any signs of a trojan other attack.

The other question is how to get supervisor priveledges again on Arcserve 6 ?? Do i need to re-install it??

Bit of an update...I have the account that originally installed Arcserve and resubmitted the job through there and added another user profile with rights.

As for the deletion of the accounts:

I've checked all Novell and NT server logs, AV for signs of viruses and router security log but don't see anything out of the ordinary.

Earlier had set up a reverse synch session to windows 2000 AD for the user names only but don't believe that would cause this to happen. All the other accounts are ok.

Any ideas???
