Can someone please tell me how to remove a supervisor password, i cant find it and IBM wont give it to me thank you

If it's a BIOS password then you should try and locate the BIOS backup battery if there is such a thing in the Thinkpad and remove it for a while to clear the BIOS settings.
Else there may be a jumper on the motherboard as per some desktops, by moving this to the alternative position for a short period the BIOS settings are cleared.

But then it may be stored in an EEPROM somewhere else, who knows... IBM Certified Specialist - MQSeries

I would suggest you also short the battery contacts using a paper clip or something. That was occasionally necessary to speed the clearing of RS/6000 settings.
