Supervisor observing another supervisor. 1

Can a supervisor observe another supervison on an acd call? When I try I get busy signal. All agents work fine. User is defined as supervisor/agent in CCM6. Are there any default setting to allow this?

The agent observe function is a feature of the Meridian not the CC6 and as such I don't believe this can be done since it is controlled by the class of service, i.e. one has a CLS of supervisor and one of agent.

Yes you can, add AOS to the CLS on the supervisor set. Add it to the set you want observe from
