Make supervisor Serv parameter D1=1.(That makes him supervisor).
Make for supervisor in category Serv parameter D3D4=01.
Make Serv parameter of Agent's ADN (group member)Serv parameter D3D4=02.
While agent has ACD call going on (on ADN), from supervisor extension dial Agent's ODN, supervisor gets busy tone, then dial 4 on keypad from supervisor's extension.
