Supervisor Key not working once the phone is configured in symposium. The Emergency Key is also not functioning. Can someone shed some light on this dilemma for me ????

Are you saying that these features worked before Symposium and now they are not?

You need to have the keys configured in the succession/meridian AND Symposium.
