Supervisor Features

Hi All
I've got Observe to work on my supervisors phones.What other Features can I give them - Is there a break/barge in.
We are running basic ACD with Agent Dialer/I'M. Suc Rls 3

don't remember that key, but i don't acd a lot. you can get a monitor key for spv to mon calls

obv is nice - the sup can listn in but both callers on the line can't hear that they are on line

easy one witch, but ace is right. new threads work a lot faster. prt the out the spv set, out it, then out the agent, and put the spv back in..
